Private Panama Surf Island is a small tropical island located in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Panama, Central America. There are 10 surf breaks in the area ranging from easy beach breaks, sandbar break with a 300 yard ride, fast breaking point and reef breaks with wave sizes varying at every break. The best part of surfing here is the breaks are uncrowded and the camp is limited to 25 surfers. Usually there is no more than a few surfers at each break.There are warm water waves to satisfy every level of surfer from beginners to advanced surfers. When the beach break is breaking chest high, the point could be breaking overhead and the reef breaks will be close to double overhead in size.
The camp serves three meals per day with foods ranging from fresh fish, salads, pasta, pancake and eggs, lots of vegetables and tropical fruits. There is plenty of energy food to power you through the day.
