This album is catchy like the flue.  As Cruel As School Children will undoubtedly have white people thinking they have rhythm and everyone else confused as to whether or not it’s supposed to be hip-hop?  I don’t know exactly where this album fits into the music industry machine.  They’d never admit to it, calling themselves indie/hip-hop, but it’s basically pop.  Signed by Decaydance/Fueled by Ramen you know this record won’t fall too far from the emo tree.  It’s a good-not-great after school special for the kids.
