Why do they always come on Wednesdays?  Well word to the wise......these waves are powerful...I saw about 4 broken boards......5 boards wash up with no one attached and one lifeguard rescue.  Be sure you know what you are getting yourself into and be respectful out there.  Be sure to check out www.sandiegosurfpics.com this evening to see more shots.
