Surfing Oceanside South Harbor Jetty Part 2

When you have almost identical North and South swells hitting Oceanside, then this is the type of perfection you get. That is what surfers this Sunday morning and probably all day enjoyed. Crowds looked heavy but were really dispersed quite well over the long stretch of beaches. At the start of the morning just after high tide the majority of the action was the random peaks between South Harbor Jetty and the Pier. As the tide dropped out the Jetty lite up. Both sides and middle picking up swell from every direction. Sets of 4-5 waves were only on average 2-3 minutes apart with bomb sets coming every 15-20 minutes. It was truly an epic morning.
