RALLY TO SAVE TRESTLES

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21

WHO:        Surfrider Foundation activists, surfers, hikers and other outdoor enthusiasts

WHAT:    Activists will stage a public demonstration to Save Trestles and San Onofre and raise awareness about the Secretary of Commerce hearing scheduled for Sept 22 at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.  Demonstrators will be waiving signs, hold surf boards and constructing miniature tents to demonstrate how the toll road will ruin the camping and surfing experiences at San Onofre State Beach.

WHEN:    Sunday, September 21.  Demonstration will begin at 9:00 AM

WHERE:    Demonstrators will meet on the corner of San Elijo Ave. and Chesterfield Dr. in Cardiff, CA near the Patagonia store
