On Sunday, we are finally going to see this next SW ground swell band fill into the SD region with inconsistent chest high+ surf at most average west facing breaks, while stanodut southerly breaks in North County and Oceanside pick up shoulder high+ surf. Look for the light, persistent onshore flow to conitnue through most of the day, so conditions are not looking ideal - but check the report to see which breaks are handling these winds the best. Early morning sessions look best as the tide pushes to a 3.5ft high at 10AM, and hopefully the winds remain calm-to-light with decent conditions.
