Saturday's Forecast

Saturday should continue to see solid SSW ground swell throughout the SD region with peak energy arriving from this latest band of SPAC energy and most average breaks will see head high-to-overhead surf with high consistency. Standout southerly breaks in North County and Oceanside look like they will pick up occasional sets approaching the DOH range, especially during the AM hours as the tide pushes off a negative dawn patrol low. Again, get to a point or a reef on this swell - beachbreaks will likely closeout on this large, long-period energy - crowded for sure, but shape will be much better!
