Friday's Forecast

While we're expecting this NW/SW swell combo to back off some on Friday, there should be enough energy in the water to kick up waist high+ surf at most average west facing breaks, while standout deepwater and southerly spots find inconsistent chest high+ sets. Once again, the tidal situation is going to dominate overall conditions with dawn patrol sessions looking best on a rapidly rising tide (7.0ft at 10:45AM). Certainly, we're going to see slowdown during the mid-day hours - but we may see some improvement during the late afternoon/evening hours as the tide pulls to a -0.6ft low at 6PM.
