Encinitas Surf Festival

It is that time of year again groms, as Surfin Fire and the Encinitas Firefighters Association are once again hosting the the Annual Encinitas Surf Festival. In its third year of running, the event will be held on Saturday April 26th in conjunction with the Encinitas Street Fair at Moonlight Beach. The contest will feature divisions for surfers from the age of 6-18, as well as a Rescue division (Firefighter/lifeguard/EMS) 4-man surf team challenge. This year a new division has been added to the event,... the High School Team Challenge. All the proceeds of the contest will go to the local charities and schools.
