“Faces of the Bay” - Outdoor Summer Film Series 2007 - 08/11/2007
Surfing Heritage Foundation
Over the last several decades, many pioneers of the sport of surfing have passed away and their scrapbooks, surfboards, and memories are scattering in the winds. Our objective is to preserve and showcase surfing’s heritage for future generations with the ultimate goal of creating a significant, freestanding museum/visitor attraction in a prime location, along with maintaining preservation and outreach programs that will benefit, in perpetuity, a sport that has given all of us a lifetime of pleasure.
