We wouldn’t suggest showing up with a truckload of your buddies to surf Harbor Jetty, but the wave is great choice almost year round. With a parking lot that spills onto the beach coupled with one of North County’s best waves means the crowd is almost inevitably a factor. Don’t bring your longboard and be respectful of the pecking order and you’ll be fine.
