Stretch of peaky beachbreaks best suited for airs, snaps and barrels. South Mission is a left wedge that banks off the jetty. It’s a fast, high performance wave run by an intimidating local crew. This may be one place where you abide by the often spray painted slogan, “If you don’t live here, don’t surf here.” When there are so many sparsely crowded peaks in Mission, why take the chance.
