Legendary right pointbreak. Hands down the best right in San Diego, maybe one of the best rights in California. Winter is when Swami’s really comes alive. Barrel sections, top turn after top turn, this wave is really something to behold as swell after swell rolls down the point. It’s also the reason they call it “Swarmies.” The crowd, when it’s good (hell, sometimes even when it’s bad), is unbelievable. Nowhere can so aptly remind you what you love about surfing and also what you hate about it.
