Paradisiac will inevitably fall deathly ill to a plague I call comparison. This album showcases a cover sticker that reads, "New Album produced by Josh Homme." For those who don't know, Homme is the genius behind Queens of the Stone Age and Eagles of Death Metal. While Paradisiac is a good album, it will undoubtedly be overshadowed by expectations, leaving many of us sadly disappointed.
