Sage Erickson

Having grown up in Ojai, Sage Erickson could just as likely be riding Quarter horse around the ranch as she could be a 5’9” Xanadu at C Street. The surfing world is fortunate she chose the latter. Her competitors, however, don’t feel so fortunate. The 17-year-old has had some solid NSSA performances, which she plans to continue next year, but also wants to step up the challenge and hop on the ‘QS train. Prediction for 2008: a win at Nationals, a couple of WQS finals, and a lot fun along the way.
