Travel: I just got back from New Jersey. It’s the worst place on the planet! Don’t ever go there!
Favorite experience: I was in Europe last year for some contest and after my contest I went up to France and stayed with the Fox team during the WCT event. The waves were perfect almost everyday and there were girls everywhere every night. It was awesome! And it was during my birthday. So the day of my birthday Kalani Robb told me I could go through his board bag and pick out any board I wanted for my present. I picked a brand new 6’0 with no stickers or anything on it yet! I still have the board.

Competition: I did bad in New Jersey, but I made seven rounds in the US Open.
What aspect of surfing is most important to you? They are all very important to me. I love competing, but I hate having to travel to places like New Jersey for contests. I love traveling to good waves like Indo or Hawaii. And I always love free surfing.
